Return & Refund Policy

Hum apne customers ko achi service dene ki koshish karte hain. Agar aap apni order se satisfy nahi hain, to yeh policy apply hogi:

1. Return Policy

• Product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar return request di ja sakti hai.
• Product unused, original condition aur original packaging mein hona chahiye.
• Damage ya used items return accept nahi kiye jayenge.

2. Refund Policy

• Return receive aur inspect karne ke baad refund process kiya jayega.
• Approved refund 5–10 working days mein original payment method ya agreed method se issue hoga.

3. Exchange Policy

• Agar product defective ya wrong receive ho to exchange available hoga (stock availability ke mutabiq).

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items / customized products return ya refund ke liye eligible nahi honge.

5. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges non-refundable hain.
• Return shipping cost customer bear karega (agar issue seller ki side se na ho).
